Itinerary

We start our tour at 8:45, transfer to the bus drive towards Faisal Mosque, made in 1986; is one of the unique looking mosques in the world with a Bedouin style architecture. It is the biggest mosque in Pakistan.

After that we will drive towards the Pakistan Monument; the monument was created in 2001 representing Pakistan’s unity. With four major petals representing the provinces and the minor petals representing the minority of Pakistan living in a harmony.

Afterwards, we would leave for Lok Virsa Heritage Museum, near the Pakistan Monument. Lok Virsa is a historical ethnological museum, which show cases the living tradition of various ethnic groups currently residing in Pakistan. Lok Virsa is used to express the living folk and traditional cultural crafts of Pakistan

Lunch: Later, we will have our lunch and proceed to visit different tourist sites in Islamabad

A local village located in the Margalla Hills near Daman-i-Koh, is a Mughal Era settlement. However, it has been a part of several empires and civilizations such as Gandhara, the Greeks, Mauryan empire and the Mughals. Provides a perspective of multiple religions living together, with different religious monuments located near each other.

Daman-i-Koh, located in the center of the Margalla Hills, above 2400 ft above the sea level. It is a popular tourist spot, from here whole Islamabad is could be seen. The beautiful view of the city is a must to see. A panoramic view
