Short Trip to Lahore

A short trip to Lahore will keep you amaze with all the cultue lover people. Lahore, the cultural capital of Pakistan, is a city that beautifully blends history, tradition, and modern life.  Take a short trip to this vibrant city, and despite the limited time, it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Lahore is known for its rich Mughal-era architecture, bustling bazaars, warm-hearted people, and some of the most delicious food in the country. From the grand beauty of the Badshahi Mosque and the historical depth of the Lahore Fort to the colorful streets of the Walled City and the peaceful greenery of Shalimar Gardens, every corner of Lahore tells a story. 

Itinerary

Morning, we will leave for Lahore, it will take us 5 hours to reach lahore from Islamabad. Upon arrival we will visit the Delhi Gate and and Wazir Khan Mosque, along with the street of Delhi gate full with colourful shops. Overnight in Hotel.

Approximate drive 5 – 6 hrs  

Morning, we will visit the famous Lahore Fort with its multiple historical monuments mostly built in Mughal era, with Mughal architecture. After that we would have our lunch and move towards the Famous Shalimar Garden with persian influenced architecture. at the evening we will witness the flag lowering ceremony at Wahga Border between Pakistan and India.

For this day we can either go drive back to Islamabad at night. OR we can stay one night and drive to Islamabad the next day.
