Itinerary
Arrive at Islamabad International Airport. Transfer to your hotel. Depending on arrival time, a brief city tour: Faisal Mosque, Pakistan Monument. Evening: Local cuisine dinner. And overnight stay in Hotel.
Morning: Fly from Islamabad to Gilgit. (Flights are subject to weather conditions). Transfer to your hotel in Gilgit. Afternoon: Explore Gilgit town, local bazaar. Enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains. Overnight stay in hotel.
After Breakfast, Drive from Gilgit to Hunza Valley along the Karakoram Highway. Stop at the Rakaposhi viewpoint. Arrive in Karimabad, the main town of Hunza. Visit Baltit Fort and Altit Fort. Evening: Enjoy the sunset views from Duiker viewpoint. Overnight stay in hotel.
Morning, visit the Attabad Lake and enjoy the boat ride. Explore the villages of Gulmit and Passu. See the Passu Cones and Glacier and the Hussaini Suspension Bridge. Overnight stay in Hotel.
After Breakfast, full-day excursion to Khunjerab Pass, the highest paved international border crossing. Enjoy the stunning mountain scenery. Return to Hunza. Overnight stay in hotel.
Morning, drive back from Hunza to Gilgit. Enjoy the views along the Karakoram Highway. Time for last minute shopping in Gilgit. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Morning: Fly from Gilgit to Islamabad. Afternoon: Visit Taxila Museum (historical Buddhist site) scattered all over Taxila which is a world heritage site. At evening we will be enjoying our farewell dinner. Overnight stay in Hotel.
